The Asteria light meter is capable of detecting flicker at high sample rates [186.567] samples per second. For combined spectral and flicker measurements, the Cronus series spectro-colorimeter for lighting application offers this high sample rate and spectral measurements with only one device. Currently flicker percentage, flicker index as well as IEEE 1789 flicker recommendation are supported.
